CONTEXT
Founded in 2018, WAVE Contemporary is a dedicated artist collective and critique group in Portland, Oregon.
GOAL
Developed a graphic language that is more paired back so the art can take center stage. The design framework provides the necessary tools to facilitate engagements within the Portland art community.
CONCEPT
A bar on a gallery blue print represents a wall, a barrier between the viewer and the art being shown in the space Wave looks to subvert this idea. Looking to create bridges where others view barriers.
